Gallup polls have been asking big picture questions about the major dimensions of health system performance—quality, coverage, costs and access—for nearly two decades now. The long-term trends from these polls leave little doubt that Obamacare left Americans’ perceptions the same or worse regarding quality, coverage, costs and access, despite many lofty promises made for what the law would achieve and the high hopes of its proponents.There is no evidence in these data that Obamacare made things any better.
